What is Wilsons returns policy ?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase by using our website chat or phone +353 567772692
Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused / unworn, sealed, in its original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain medical, personal care items and baby formula products, or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).
How do I return or exchange unwanted items?
Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can solve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (i) Your order reference number (ii) Your telephone and contact details. You can reach us by using our email or phone +353 567772692.
The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense, and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
Can I return an item to a Wilson Local Pharmacy store ?
You can return your order to any Wilsons Local Pharmacy store for an exchange (or refund*). First please follow the steps per “How do I return or exchange unwanted items” above, and when you arrive in store just show our sales team your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
*It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so the store will not refund you. We will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system - please allow a few working days for this to be completed.
My item was a gift, so I don’t have the order number - what should I do ?
If you received an online product as a gift and you'd like to return or exchange it, please let us know in advance by using our website email or phone +353 567772692. We will do our best to help solve the issue quickly and efficiently.
How do I return a faulty item / order ?
If you think that a product you have purchased on www.localpharmacy.ie is faulty, please contact us straight away before returning the item. You can contact us by using our email or phone +353 567772692.
When will I receive my refund ?
Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).
Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you may do so by using our Withdrawal Request Form, which can be accessed via the “Cancel/Withdraw Order” link available on every page of our website. The withdrawal process can be completed without creating an account or logging in. Once your request is submitted and confirmed, we will send an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request and will process any applicable refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
